卷枝毛霉Mucor circinelloides3.2208油脂几种提取方法的比较
Comparison of several methods for extracting oil from Mucor circinelloides 3.2208
【摘要】 以卷枝毛霉Mucorcircinelloides 3.2 2 0 8为产油菌株 ,分别以索氏提取法、研磨法、酸水解法对其进行油脂提取 ,通过结果分析得出 ,酸水解法是一种简便、快捷的油脂提取方法 ,其油脂得率与索氏提取法相等 ,但多不饱和脂肪酸的提取效果较索氏提取法好。
【Abstract】 Using Mucor circinelloides 3.2208 as oil-producing strain,oil was extracted with Soxhlet extraction、grinding method and acid-hydrolyzing method respectively.The results show that acid-hydrolyzing method is a convenient、quick oil-extraction method,and the oil yield of this method is equal to that of Soxhlet extraction,but extracting effect of polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) is better than Soxhlet extaction.
