【摘要】 为观察中汇痛风定胶囊对急性痛风性膝关节炎家兔模型滑膜组织中环氧化酶 2 (COX 2 )mRNA表达的影响。按照McCartyDJ造模方法建立急性痛风性膝关节炎家兔模型 ,造模 2h后取滑膜组织 ,通过RT PCR逆转录扩增 ,2 %琼脂糖电泳进行分光度分析。结果显示痛风定组COX 2水平明显低于模型组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。表明中汇痛风定胶囊能够明显抑制急性痛风性膝关节炎家兔模型滑膜组织COX 2mRNA的表达 ,对急性痛风性关节炎具有较好的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective of the paper is to observe the effect of "ZHONGHUI TONGFENGDING JIAONANG" (ZTJ,TCD capsules for gout) on the COX-2 mRNA expression in knee synovium of rabbit models of acute gout gonitis (AGG). Rabbit models of AGG were made by Mc Carty’s method,the synovial tissues were taken two hours after the modeling,expanded by RT-PCR and analyzed by 2% agarose electrophoresis and spectrophotometry. The results showed that the COX-2 level of ZTJ group was significantly lower than that of the model group with a significant difference (P < 0.01),suggesting that ZTJ could obviously inhibit the COX-2 mRNA expression in knee synovium of AGG rabbit models and has good preventive and therapeutic effect on AGG.更多还原
