【摘要】 目的 :探讨肺囊肿的CT表现及CT诊断价值。材料和方法 :分析经手术病理证实的肺囊肿 2 4例 (共 2 8个囊肿 )的发病部位、数目、大小、形态、密度、腔内及腔外邻近肺组织的CT表现。结果 :左肺 11个、右肺 17个 ,含液囊肿 8个 ,含气液囊肿 19个 ,含气囊肿 1个。含液囊肿增强扫描 ,囊壁增强 ,囊内无增强 ;囊壁钙化 4个 ,囊内容物钙化 3个 ,囊内出血2个 ;6个病灶合并感染。结论 :肺囊肿的CT表现有特征性 ,CT诊断价值可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To investigate the manifestation and diagnostic value of CT in pulmonary bronchogenic cysts. Materials and Methods: The CT appearances of 28 cysts in 24 cases with bronchogenic cysts confirmed by pathology were analyzed including their site,number, size,shape,density,cystic wall,inside and the neighboring lung field. Results: The result showed that within 28 cysts,11 cysts located in left lung,17 cysts in right lung. Fluid gas, liquid level and air within the cysts was seen in 19, 8 and one, respectively .On CT enhanced scans, enhancement of the cystic wall was seen, fluid within the cysts were nonenhanced. Calcification of the cystic wall and cystic inclusion was found in 4 and in 3, complications included hemorrhage in 2,infection in 6. Conclusion: Pulmonary bronchogenic cysts have some characteristic appearances.CT is considered valuable for the diagnosis of pulmonary bronchogenic cysts.更多还原
