【摘要】 通过对近年来活血化瘀中药在保护心肌缺血 -再灌注损伤方面的基础和临床研究的文献总结 ,发现其保护作用机制具有多靶点、多层面的特点 ,主要从清除自由基、拮抗钙超载、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、保护血管内皮功能、改善微循环和血流动力学以及心肌缺血预保护等方面发挥活血化瘀中药保护心肌缺血 -再灌注损伤的研究进展作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) treated by thrombolytic therapy and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) could not only rebuild myocardium blood circulation,but could cause reperfusion injury at the same time.Study on TCM in protecting ischemia and reperfusion injury of myocardium is an important trend of intergration of Chinese and Western medicine,and promoting blood circulation by herbs of removing blood stasis is a hot spot.Through summarizing the basal and clinical study documents on Chinese traditional herbs of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in protecting ischemic and reperfusion injury of myocardium,we found that the protecting mechanism has characters of multitarget and multifold, mainly by clearing oxygen free radical, antagonizing calcium overload, suppressing myocardium cell apoptosis, protecting vascular endothelial function, improving microcirculation and hemodynamics, and preprotecting myocardium ischemia,etc.更多还原
