YL—1型穿刺针进行清除急性脑出血的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨YL— 1型穿刺针进行清除急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法 采用YL— 1型穿刺针进行清除急性脑出血 3 1例 (治疗组 )与锥颅置硅胶脑式引流管引流术 (对照组A )、内科保守治疗 (对照组B)进行比较。结果 治疗组的血肿平均总清除率达 90 .3 9% ,治疗总有效率达 80 .65 % ;对照组A的血肿平均总清除率达 5 4.66% ,治疗总有效率达 5 3 .13 % ;对照组B的血肿平均吸收率达 2 0 .5 0 % ,治疗总有效率达 2 4.2 4% ;治疗组和对照组A治疗前后、治疗组和对照组A对照组B治疗后的神经功能缺损积分值比较 ,有统计学意义(P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组治疗后的神经功能恢复明显优于对照组A、对照组B。结论 采用YL— 1型穿刺针进行清除急性脑出血 ,血肿清除率高 ,临床疗效好 ,能提高病人生存质量 ,改善病残程度 ,降低致残率及病死率。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curative efficiency of acute cerebral hemorrhage treated by YL—1 puncture.Methods 31 patients (treatment group) of acute cerebral hemorrhage byYL—1 puncture,drainage of cone intracranial standing silica gel brain drainage-tube (the contrast group A) ,and medical conservation treatments (the contrast group B),were observed .Results Average value of the general clearance rate of hematoma was 90.39% in treatment group, and the total effective rate was 80.65%; Contrast group A was 54.66% and 53.13%; Contrst group B was 20.50% and 24.24%. Integration titers of nervous function coloboma had statistical significance before and after treatment in the treatment group and contrast group A .There was statistical significance between treatment group and contrast group A and B after treatment(P<0.01);Nervous function of treatment group was obviously superior to the control group A and B.Conclusion Treating the patient of acute cerebral hemorrhage by YL—1 puncture could improve the hematoma clearance and the clinical curative effect,improve handicap level,and debase handicap rate.
