【摘要】 目的 :观察四泰片治疗高血压病左心室肥厚的临床疗效。方法 :选择高血压左心室肥厚病人 90例 ,随机分为两组 ,治疗组 (60例 )服用四泰片和卡托普利片 ,对照组 (3 0例 )服用卡托普利片 ,观察两组临床症状、降压疗效、左室肥厚指标的变化。结果 :四泰片与卡托普利均能明显逆转左室肥厚 ,两组比较无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组和对照组降压疗效总有效率分别为96.67%和 90 .0 0 % (P >0 .0 5 ) ;临床症状总有效率分别为 96.67%和 73 .3 3 % (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :四泰片对高血压病左室肥厚病人具有改善症状、降压、逆转左室肥厚的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Si Tai Tablet(STT)on Hypertensive Left Ventricle Hypertrophy.Methods:90 cases of patients in the treatment group were treated with STT,and 30 cases of patients in the control group with captopril.The clinical symptons before and after treatment,hypertensive effect and Left Ventricle Hypertrophy were observed.Results:Both STT and cattopril obriously improved the condition in LV Hyportophy,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Meanwhile the total effective rates of lowering blood pressure in these two groups were 96.67% and 90.00% respectively.After treatment the total effective rates of clinical symptoms in the treatment group and in the control group were 96.67% and 73.33% respoctively,showing significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:STT can obviously improve clinical symptoms of the patients with Hypeotensive Left Ventricle Hypertrophy,lower blood pressure and correct Left Ventricle Hypertrophy.更多还原
