【摘要】 根据养血生发胶囊的功能主治 ,从补血、毛发生长、止痒、抗过敏等方面对其进行了药理作用观察。结果表明 :①对失血性贫血小鼠养血生发胶囊有明显的增加红细胞数及血红蛋白含量的作用 ;对环磷酰胺再障贫血模型养血生发胶囊有明显升高模型小鼠红细胞、白细胞数目的作用。②能明显促进大鼠及豚鼠毛发生长 ;对碳酸铊所致大鼠病理性脱毛有明显改善作用。③对豚鼠组胺致痒模型能使致痒阈明显提高。④对二硝基氯苯所致小鼠耳迟发性超敏反应有明显的抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of Yangxu Shengfa Capsule (YXSFC) on enriching the blood, promoting hair growth, anti itch and anti allergy were observed. The results showed that ①YXSFC could significantly increase the number of RBC and the content of Hb in the anaemia model mice caused by losing blood. YXSFC could significantly increase the number of RBC and WBC in the anaemia model mice caused by cyclophosphamide. ②YXSFC could greatly promote the hair growth in the rats. YXSFC and the guinea pigs. YXSFC could improve the pathological depilation in rats caused by thallium carbonate. ③YXSFC could markedly inhibit the itch reaction in rats caused by histamine. ④YXSFC could inhibit the delayed allergy in the mice caused by 2 4 dinitrochlorobenzene.更多还原
