【摘要】 目的 :探讨凉血清营颗粒与其治疗变态反应性皮肤炎性疾病相关的作用 ,如抗菌、解热、泻下、止痒等。方法 :抗菌试验用体外试管法 ,解热试验用内毒素致家兔发热法 ,泻下试验直接观察小鼠排便情况 ,止痒试验应用化合物 48/80导致小鼠抓搔反应。结果 :凉血清营颗粒体外抗菌作用以对革兰氏阳性球菌为敏感 ;凉血清营颗粒能明显抑制内毒素所致家兔发热 ,其对小鼠的泻下作用呈明显的个体差异 ,凉血清营颗粒还能明显抑制化合物 48/80所小鼠抓搔反应。结论 :凉血清营颗粒有明显抗菌、解热、泻下和止痒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the pharmacodynamics related to treating skin allergic inflammatory deseases of Liangxueqingying Granule (LG). Methods: The antibiotic test in vitro was used,the ferver in rabbit was induced by 100ng/kg endotoxin iv,scratch react was induced by compound 48/80 sc neck-bank of mice and diarrhea induced by LG ig was investingeted. Results: LG could inhibite the grow of G + and G - bacterials in tube,the MIC were 0.125～6.4mg/ml for G + and 2～128mg/ml for G - bacteria. LG could inhibite the fever of rabbit induced by endotoxin at dose of 11g/kg and induce diarrhea in mice at dose of 5.5g/kg. LG also could decrease the scratch times of mice induced by 48/80. Conclusion: LG prossess the antibiotic,antipyretic,diarrhea and relieve itching effect.更多还原
