【摘要】 目的 :探讨川芎嗪、丹参二种注射液对血管内皮细胞生长的影响。方法 :以川芎嗪和丹参作用于血管内皮细胞 ,采用苔盼蓝染色排除法活细胞计数 ,倒置相差显微镜观察细胞形态学改变。结果 :川芎嗪注射液 1.5 μg/ml、15 μg/ml、15 0 μg/ml作用于ECV3 0 4细胞 ,其计数均较对照组显著减少 (P <0 .0 5 )。丹参注射液 15 0 μg/ml、15 μg/ml对ECV 3 0 4细胞仅有减少趋势。 结论 :川芎嗪注射液对血管内皮细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用 ,丹参注射液对血管内皮细胞的生长没有抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the growth inhibition effects of Tramethylpyrazine Injection (TMP) and Danshen Injection (Radix Salviae militiorrhizae, RSM) on vascular endothelial cell. Methods: Vascular endothelial cell was selected as object of study. Trypaum blue dying was used to calculate the number of cell. Invert microscope was used to observe modalities of cell. Results: ECV304 treated directly by TMP (1.5μg/ml、15μg/ml、150μg/ml),the number of cell was significantly decreased compared with control group(P<0.05). RSM had no difference with control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine Injection can inhibit the proliferation of vascular endothelial cell. RSM can’t inhibit the proliferation of vascular endothelial cell.更多还原
