【Abstract】 A model of immunological hepatic injury induced by the pig serum was used to investigate the effect of Ganyingke Keli in rat. The results showed that the contents of AST、ALT、HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ and liver collagen in the serum of rat were significantly decreased, the contents of TP、ALB in the serum of rat was obviously increased, the degeneration and necrosis of liver cells was abated, the function of liver was significantly improved, and hepatic fibrosis was inhibited after treating with Ganyingke Keli. It is concluded that Ganyingke Keli has therapeutic effects on immunological hepatic injury induced by the pig serum in rat.更多还原
