【摘要】 目的　综合评价细胞学、组织学和流式细胞术检查在诊断胸部肿块中的作用 ;探讨 3项指标联合诊断的准确性和重要意义。方法　对超声能显示的 35例胸部肿块患者 ,行超声引导下自动结果活检枪穿刺取材 ,所取的标本分别送细胞学、组织学和流式细胞术检查 ,并和手术后病理及随诊对照。结果　细胞学检查诊断符合率最高 ;流式细胞术测定细胞DNA含量的阳性率最低 ,组织学居中 ,而 3项指标联合诊断使胸部肿块诊断符合率有明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,假阴性率降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　 3项指标联合诊断可以明显提高胸部肿块的正确诊断率 ,并有助于早期诊断 ,不仅可进行病理组织学诊断 ,也可了解肿块其病理生物学特性 ,为肿块的疗效与预后提供有效的生物学判断依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the accuracy of cytology、 pathologically and flow cytometry the value of combing parameters analysis in chest masses by ultrasound guided biopsy gan biopsy. Methods 35 cases of masses in chest were analyzed with three combined parameters before operation and contrasted with pathological diagnosis of post operation and flow up. Resultes Positive rate, cytology was the highest,DNA index was lowest ,pathological was middleWhen value of the three markers were combined, the diagnosis accuracy was even increase. Conclusions Combined parameter analysis can marketably raise the early diagnosis in chest masses and its assuracy.Not only can the histopathological diagnosis be made but also the pathological biological charateristics,It can supply efficient biological in assessment of the therapeutic and prognosis.更多还原
