无症状HBsAg携带者及其子女转阴血淋巴细胞SCE及DNA损伤修复的研究
Genetic study on the SCE and repairment of injured DNA of healthy carriers with HBsAg and their offspring.
【摘要】 目的 观察无症状HBsAg携带者及其子女姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)平均烦率的动态变化以及乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染引起的DNA损伤的自然修复。方法 本文采取前瞻性观察,采用20例无症状HBsAg携带者及其8例子女5年后自然转阴外周血淋巴细胞,同时将20例成人无症状HSsAg携带者及其8例携带者子女作为配对组,35例成人和10例儿童HBsAg阴性的健康者作为正常对照组,观察SCE交换频率的动态变化。结果 转阴组SCE均低于成人组和儿童组(P<0.05),而与正常组相比略有增高,但P>0.05。结论 HBV感染引起人类遗传物质损伤后,机体自身对于HBV-DNA修复产生遗传学效应。
【Abstract】 Objective:The dynamic change of healthy carriers with HBsAg and the following damages have caused much attention of medical staff at home and aboard because of the high positive rate of HBsAg (10-15%)and its natural increasing rate (0.7%)among the natural fiord of some national districts, while the dynamic change of the average frequency of sister chromatid exchange(SCE)of healthy carriers with HBsAg and their offspring as well as the natural repairment of in jured DNA as a result of HBV infection remained in question before, so we practiced the followlling observation for probing the dynamic change of the frequency of SCE and the genetic effect on the repariment by body itself of injured HBV-DNA after being infected by HBV. Methods: We gathered the peripheral lymphocytes of 20 cases of healthy carriers of HBsAg and their 8 offspring after their HBsAg transforming negative in S years as the transformed negative group and the frequencies of 20 healthy carriers with HBsAg positive and their 8 offspring as a pairing group and 35 cases of healthy young ?men as well as 50 healthy children as the control group observing their frequency of SCE. Results: There are significant differences between the two group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The human body its injured DNA caused by HBV infection.
