【摘要】 目的　探讨多囊卵巢综合征 (PCOS)不孕症的治疗方法。方法　先行对症治疗 ,比如抑制LH、雄激素的高水平分泌 ,恢复月经等。再用r -hFSH进行促排卵并行宫腔内人工授精 (IUI)治疗。结果　治疗 30例 ,93周期 ,妊娠 19例 ,总妊娠率为 6 3 3% ;周期妊娠率为 2 0 4 % ,其中双胞胎 8例 ,3胞胎 1例 ,流产 1例。娩出婴儿均健康正常。结论　应用r-hF SH促排卵并行IUI治疗PCOS不孕症有较好疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the therapeutic method for the PCOS infertility patients. Methods: Treat to the patients’ symptoms in PCOS infertility at fist and then, treat for thos in controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) with r-hFSH and intrauterine insemination. Results: there were 93 IUI cycles in 30 cases, 19 patients become pregnancy. The total pregnant rate was 63.3% and percycle pregnant rate was 11.5%, and there were 8 cases twins and 1 case triplets, and 1 case in abotion. All the baby are normal and health. Conclusion: This is a values treatment method for the PCOS infertility patients in COS with r-hFSH and IUI.更多还原
