【摘要】 目的　总结本科室 1985年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 6月期间接待患者的染色体异常情况。方法　采取G显带法检测2 0 91例患者的外周血淋巴细胞染色体核型。结果　查出异常核型 2 0 8例 ,异常检出率 9.95 %。结论　染色体异常将导致各种疾病的发生并危及下一代的成长 ,必要的染色体检查是实现优生优育的重要措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the abnormality of chormosome karyotype of the patients in our department during the period of 1985.1 to 2003.6. Methods: To analyze the chromosome karyotypes of periphoral lymphocytes in 2091 patients by G-banding. Results:Of 2091 cases,208 cases with abnormal chromosomes karyotype were diagnosed.The abnormal rate is 9.95%.Conclusion: Chormosome abnormality will lead to various of diseases and endanger the descendant’s growth .Necessary diagnosis of chromosome is an important mesure for improving birth outcome and child development.更多还原
