【摘要】 目的　探讨小鼠巨细胞病毒对小鼠卵母细胞体外成熟的影响。方法　将未成熟小鼠卵母细胞置于含 10 0TCID50 、10TCID50 、1TCID50 小鼠巨细胞病毒的培养液中培养 ,观察卵母细胞的生发泡破裂率和第一极体的释放率 ,并应用电镜观察卵母细胞超微结构。结果　各组的卵母细胞生发泡破裂率和第一极体的释放率差异无显著性 ,10 0TCID50 组未出现卵母细胞超微结构异常。结论　小鼠巨细胞病毒对未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟发育无重大影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of murine cytomegalovirus on the in vitro maturation of mice immature oocytes. Methods: To infect the immature oocytes in vitro by murine cytomegalovirus of different tites of 100 TCID50、10TCID50、1TCID50 and observe the GVBD rate and MII rate,then review the ultrastructure of oocyte by electron microscope. Results: The difference of IVM rate of different tite groups isn’t significant and the occytes of 100 TCID50 group had’t ultrastructure abnormality. Conclusion: Murine cytomegalovirus hasn’t apparent effect on the in vitro maturation of mice immature oocytes.更多还原
