【摘要】 目的与方法　本文对 189例自然流产、闭经、发育不全患者进行细胞遗传学检查 ,结果　发现异常核型 16例 ,异常核型涉及 1、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、15、X、Y染色体。其中平衡易位 10例 ,性染色体异常 3例 ,大Y染色体 3例。结论　染色体异常是导致流产、闭经、性发育异常的重要遗传因素 ,应引起临床医师的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective and Method: By the cytogenetic examination on 189 natural abortion, amenia and dysgenitalis patients, we found the abnormal chromosome karyotype in 16 patients which involve in 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,15,X,Y chromosome, including 10 balanced translocations, 3 abnormal sex chromosomes and 3 huge Y chromosomes. Conclusion: Chromosome abnormality is a major genetic factor that causes abortion, amenia and dysgenitalis, and should be highly emphasized by clinicians.更多还原
