【摘要】 目的观察中华鼢鼠骨提取物对完全弗氏佐剂(FCA)介导大鼠超敏反应性炎症免疫机能的影响。方法采用免疫学实验方法,检测受试动物淋巴细胞转移因子(TF)和白细胞介素-(IL-1)的水平。结果中华鼢鼠骨提取物能降低由FCA介导的大鼠超敏反应性炎症时所升高的IL-1和TF的水平,并能降低其淋巴细胞转化率。结论中华鼢鼠骨提取物对由FCA所介导的大鼠佐剂性关节炎的抑制作用,与抑制IL-1的生成以及免疫抑制作用有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the influence of bony extracts of Myospalox fontanierii(MF)on immune function in rats with hypersensitive reactive inflammation induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant(FCA).Methods Levels of lymphocyte transferring factor(TF)and interleukin-1(IL-1)were detected by immunological methods.Results Extracts of MF reduced the levels of IL-1 and TF in rats with hypersensitive reactive inflammation induced by FCA;it could also depressed the lymphocytic transformation rate.Conclusion Extracts of MF exert inhibitory effect on rats with hypersensitive reactive inflammation induced by FCA and its mechanism may be related with immunosuppressive action and the inhibition of IL-1 formation.更多还原
