【摘要】 目的　探讨体内金属异物的彩色多普勒慧尾征 (简称彩尾征 )特点 ,提高超声诊断率。方法　应用彩色多普勒技术和二维声像 ,观察 3 3例不同部位各类金属异物的彩尾征。结果　 10例四肢与躯干内手术钢针、钢板后方彩尾征显示率 10 0 % ;10例宫内节育器彩尾征显示率 5 0 % ;10例眼内异物 4例出现彩尾征 ;3例心脏手术异物的彩尾征不典型。结论　体内金属异物后方大多可出现彩尾征 ,其大小、形态及显示率受多种因素影响。彩尾征可视为体内金属异物的特征性声像之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the characteristic of color comet tail sign (CCTS) of metal exotic body,and enchance the rate of ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods To observe the CCTS of metal exotic body in different part in 33 patient using color Doppler flow imaging and two dimensional imaging. Results The CCTS is behind the steely need and plate in 10 patient body and four limbs, and show ratio is 100%. But the CCTS of contraceptive device in the womb in 10 person is smaller, and show ratio is 50%. 4 of 10 cases appear the CCTS in exotic body in the eye. The CCTS of exotic body in heart is atypical in 3 cases. Conclusion The CCTS can appear behind the metal exotic body, it’s size、shape and show ratio will be influnced by many factors. So the CCTS can be regarded as one of the specific image of metal exotic body.更多还原
