【摘要】 目的　总结马凡综合征大血管病变的MRI表现 ,评价MRI对其主动脉病变及继发病变的诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析 2 8例马凡综合征心脏大血管的MRI表现 ,并与 2 0例正常组进行对照分析。结果　马凡综合征心脏大血管MRI主要表现为 :①主动脉窦部瘤样扩张 ,②左房受压 ,③左室扩大 ,室壁增厚 ,④主动脉瓣关闭不全及升主动脉扩张 ,⑤可合并主动脉夹层。结论　MRI在显示马凡综合征心脏大血管病变的部位 ,形态特点 ,继发性改变或并发症以及鉴别诊断上具有显著的优越性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sum up MRI features of cardiovascular anomalies in Marfan’s syndrome,and to evaluate MRI potentiality in the diagnosis of aortic pathology of the disease and the secondary changes it caused. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on cardiovascular features of 28 cases of Marfan’s syndrome, and a comparison with a control group of 20 normal cases was also made. Results The main features of cardiovascular anomalies of the diseased cases were:①aneurismal dilatation of aortic sinus;②compression of left atrium;③enlargement of left ventricular and hypertrophy of its wall;④aortic insufficiency and dilatation of ascending of ascending aorta; and ⑤dissecting aneurysm of aorta could be complicated. Conclusion MRI has the superiority in showing the site, pathologic features, secondary changes and complication of cardiovascular system in Marfan’s syndrome al well as in making differential diagnosis of the disease.更多还原
