【摘要】 目的　探讨肺部弥漫性疾病的X线影像学表现。方法　回顾性分析 2 48例具有完整临床资料的肺部弥漫性病变病人的胸部X线表现。结果　根据 2 48例患者肺部X线影像学表现归纳为 :肺实质性病变征象 98例 (3 9.5 % ) ,肺间质性病变征象 84例 (3 3 .9% ) ,肺实质与肺间质性病变共有征象 66例 (2 6.6% )。结论　肺部弥漫性疾病发病原因多 ,结合临床对X线征象进行分析 ,对该病的诊断和鉴别诊断有着重要的意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the X-ray diagnosis of diffuse pulmonary disease. Methods X-ray manifestation of diffuse pulmonary disease in 248 cases were studied retrospectively. Results According to X-ray signs this group of disease could be classified as follows: signs of pulmonary essential lesions 98 cases(39.5%); signs of pulmonary interstitial lesions 84 cases(33.9%); common signs of parenchymal and interstitial lesions 66 cases (26.6%). Conclusion The reasons of the diffuse pulmonary disease were many. The study showed that it was important to analyze the radiological appearance of this disease to clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis.更多还原
