【摘要】 目的　提高对肺门肿块X线诊断重要性的认识。方法　回顾性分析经临床、病理等证实的肺门肿块病例 96例。结果　 96例肺门肿块患者中 ,其中中央型肺癌 5 8例 ,纵隔肺门淋巴结结核 16例 ,纵隔淋巴瘤 5例 ,胸内结节病 3例 ,纵隔肺门淋巴结转移 2例 ,巨大淋巴结增生症 1例 ,先天性心脏病 11例。引起肺门肿块的X线表现 ,可为单侧的 ,亦可是双侧的 ,并各有其X线特点。结论　X线检查对肺门肿块的诊断有很大的价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the X-ray diagnostic value of pulmonary hilar mass. Methods 96 cases with pulmonary hilar mass were analyzed by clinical and pathological methods retrospectively. Results Of all 96 cases, 58 cases with cancer,16 cases with scrofula,5 cases with lymphoma,3 cases with nodal disease, 2 cases with lymphatic metastasis, one case with huge lymph node hyperplasia and 11 cases with congenital heart disease. X-ray manifestation of pulmonary hilar mass can be found lateral, or bilateral, but different X-ray feature. Conclusion X-ray examination plays an important role in the diagnosis of pulmonary hilar mass.更多还原
