【摘要】 目的　观察超声导向穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿在月经周期不同阶段的疗效。方法　对 10 5例 112个盆腔子宫内膜异位囊肿进行超声导向穿刺注射硬化剂治疗 ,其中增殖后期、分泌期及不能确定月经周期者 (A组 )治疗 65例69个囊肿 ,子宫内膜增殖前期 (B组 ) 40例 43个囊肿。结果　随访 12个月 ,A组有效率为 88.4% ,治愈率 5 9.4% ;B组有效率 93 .0 % ,治愈率为 83 .7% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　超声导向穿刺硬化治疗子宫内膜异位囊肿疗效肯定 ,在子宫内膜增殖前期时进行治疗疗效更佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effects of pelvic endometrial cyst by ultrasound guided puncture and sclerotheraphy at different menstrual phases. Methods A total of 112 pelvic endometrial cysts were treated by puncture and sclertheraphy under the guidance of ultrasound and followed up 1-2 years. Results Total 77 cases were cured of, 24 cases had obvious effects and 11 cases were of no effect. The cure rate of the patients treated in early endometrial hyperplasia phase was obviously higher than those in late endometrial hyperplasia phase and in secretive phase. Conclusion The interventional treatment of pelvic endometrial cysts proves affirmative and more effective in early endometrial hyperplasia phase.更多还原
