AFNI和SPM脑图像空间标准化的效果比较
Comparison of the results of brain image spatial normalization by AFNI and SPM
【摘要】 目的 比较AFNI和SPM两种脑图像处理软件包的空间标准化效果。方法 分别采用AFNI的手工方法和SPM自动方法 ,对 10例健康受试者全脑结构MRI图像进行空间标准化 ,比较两种方法平均脑图像的清晰度。结果 ①本组数据需去除脑外组织后 ,SPM空间标准化效果才能提高 ;②SPM的效果略好于AFNI ;③两种方法均远未达到精确对准的程度。结论 SPM空间模标准化效果略优于AFNI ,但使用中需要考虑较多的影响因素 ,并且要仔细核对每一个受试者的空间标准化效果
【Abstract】 Objective To compare the results of spatial normalization by AFNI and SPM software package. Methods Whole brain MR images of 10 healthy subjects were spatially normalized separately by AFNI in manual way and by SPM in automatic way. The border definition of the averaged brain images was used to test the registration precision. Results ①For the data used in the current study, the brain had to be extracted from the images to enhance the precision of registration. ②The effects of spatial normalization by SPM were better than that by AFNI. ③Neither SPM nor AFNI could meet the criteria of precise registration. Conclusion For spatial normalization, SPM is better than AFNI. However, more parameters need to be considered by SPM. It is strongly recommended to check the result of every subject’s spatial normalization by SPM. [
