【摘要】 目的 评价PACS系统在图像存储与传输方面的临床价值与效益。方法 对SIEMENS公司出产的PACS系统在我院图像获取、贮存、传输网络中的应用进行临床评估。结果 PACS系统省时、可靠、方便、高效 ,可降低物品、人员耗费 ,减少不必要照射 ,在临床应用中取得良好效果 ,使医院的现代化、信息化建设迈上新台阶 ,满足医院整体数字化、网络化的要求。其缺点为投入较高。结论 实现PACS系统 ,提高了医学影像保存的质量 ,为临床和教学工作提供了高效可靠的保证。

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize practical issues and value surrounding delivering digital images from picture archiving and communication systems (PACS). Methods PACS (SIEMENS production) was used, which is a computerized electronic system which entirely replaces conventional X-ray film by acquiring, archiving, transmitting and displaying digital images on a network of workstations throughout the hospital. Results PACS had a number of advantages, including time saving, reliability of the system, space saving, economies in consumables and personnel, reduced patient irradiation, efficiency of data management, accessibility of images and teaching benefits. The disadvantages of PACS were its cost, the need for specialized personnel for its installation and maintenance, training of users, the possibility of breakdown, and data security issues. Conclusion PACS increases the ability of medical clinic and training in hospital.
