【摘要】 目的　研究星形细胞瘤术后CT灌注检查的应用价值。方法　星形细胞瘤部分切除术后 19例 ,放射治疗前后常规CT及CT灌注检查 ;星形细胞瘤全切术后 2 6例 ,CT灌注随访检查。结果　残留肿瘤放疗后 ,低级星形细胞瘤仅PS值下降 ;高级星形细胞瘤的CBF、CBV和PS均下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。星形细胞瘤全切后 ,手术区与正常脑白质的CBF、CBV和PS差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　CT灌注成像可监控残留星形细胞瘤放疗的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the value of the CT perfusion on follow up studies after the operation of astrocytoma. MethodsThe routine CT examinations and CT perfusions were performed on 19 cases with partially resected astrocytoma. The follow up CT perfusion studies were done on another 26 cases whose astrocytomas were completely resected. ResultsAfter the radiation therapy of the residual tumors, only PS in the low grade astrocytoma decreased significantly. However, the CBF, CBV, and PS of high grade astrocytoma significantly decreased ( P <0.05). After complete resection, the CBF, CBV, and PS in the operation areas of astrocytoma showed no significant difference from those of normal brain white matters ( P >0.05). ConclusionCT perfusion is feasible to monitor the effects of radiation therapy of residual astrocytomas.更多还原
