【摘要】 目的　探讨儿童与成人病毒性脑炎的MRI影像表现及临床表现的差异。方法　对MRI影像学上呈阳性的 45例儿童与 45例成人病毒性脑炎的MRI临床及影像学资料进行回顾性分析比较。结果　儿童与成人病毒性脑炎病灶常为多发 ,常呈对称性。儿童累及丘脑几率 (15 / 45 ,3 3 .3 % )远大于成人 (1/ 45 ,2 .2 % ) ,而累及大脑几率 (2 8/ 45 ,62 .2 % )小于成人(3 4/ 45 ,75 .5 6% )。儿童临床表现较重 ,其发热、抽搐、意识障碍及肌张力增高的发生率较成人高 ,儿童组依次为 68.9% (3 1/45 )、5 3 .3 % (2 4/ 45 )、42 .2 % (19/ 45 )、40 % (18/ 45 ) ,成人组依次为 17.8% (8/ 45 )、2 4.4% (11/ 45 )、2 0 % (9/ 45 )、0 (0 / 45 )。结论　儿童与成人病毒性脑炎在好发部位及临床表现上存在一定的差异 ,MRI能为病毒性脑炎的诊断提供重要信息更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the difference of MRI and clinical features between child and adult viral encephalitis. Methods The clinical and MR imaging data in 45 adult cases and 45 children cases of viral encephalitis were analyzed. Results Most of the lesions of viral encephalitis were multiple and symmetrical.The rate of children’s lesions locating in thalami (33.3%) was far higher than that of adult (2.2%), but lower (62.2% VS 75.6%) than adult in cerebral. The children’s clinical features were more serious. The rate of fever, spasm, unconsciousness, hypertonic was higher than adult, 68.9%, 53.3% ,42.2%,40% for adult,and 17.8%,24.4%,20%,0 for child.Conclusion MRI can provide important information for diagnosis of viral encephalitis. The lesion location and clinical features are different between child and adult patients.更多还原
