计算机辅助立体定向神经外科手术导航系统
Computer assisted stereotactic neurosurgery navigation system
【摘要】 本文介绍一个基于红外定位系统、三维可视化技术和三维图像处理技术的计算机辅助立体定向神经外科手术导航系统。系统对病人脑部扫描的断层图像数据进行三维重构 ,经网格简化和切割等处理后将其显示出来。为了达到手术过程中组织结构的精确定位 ,采用红外导航技术 ,利用在病人头部的定位标志点 ,进行图像坐标系和手术室坐标系的校准。
【Abstract】 A new computer assisted stereotactic neurosurgery navigation system is presented in this paper. This system is based on 3D visualization and 3D image processing techniques with an infrared stereotactic instrument. After reconstructing the 3D model of the brain structures, further processings, such as mesh simplification and 3D model cutting are performed on the model. An infrared stereotactic instrument is connected with the computer to ensure precise positioning of the brain structures. Markers attached on the patient’s head are detected by the instrument to create the mapping between the image coordinate and the operating room coordinate.
