肝脏CT灌注成像的研究进展
CT perfusion imaging in liver: a further study
【摘要】 CT灌注成像是基于核医学计算器官血流量的原理而发展起来的一种新兴技术。它能反映组织、器官的血流动力学状态 ,属于功能成像的范畴。对肝脏的灌注参数进行定量有助于在形态学变化之前发现肝脏的病变 ,具有广泛的临床应用前景。本文综述了肝脏CT灌注成像的基本原理、方法以及各种肝脏病变的灌注成像特点。
【Abstract】 CT perfusion imaging is a new developing technique,which is based on the principle of calculating blood flow used in nuclear medicine. It belongs to functional imaging and can define hemodynamics of tissue or organs. Assessment of hepatic perfusion parameters is helpful to find liver disease before structural changes. This article is to review the basic principles of hepatic perfusion CT,imaging method and perfusion characteristics of various hepatic diseases.
