【摘要】 目的　评价间接下肢CT静脉造影检查在下肢静脉血栓诊断中的价值。方法　本组共收集 8例有下肢肿胀病例 10人次行该方法检查。结果　 10人次间接下肢CT静脉造影轴位像显示良好 ,依据静脉横径增粗和静脉内充盈缺损均可诊断下肢深静脉血栓。结论　间接下肢CT静脉造影检查较下肢静脉造影术和超声在诊断下肢深静脉血栓方面有一定的优势 ,方法易行、易普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the value of indirect CT venography of lower extremity in the diagnosis of venous thrombosis in lower extremity.Methods In our study,8 selected clinical cases with leg swelling underwent indirect CT venography of lower extremity 10 times.Results Satisfactory transverse images were obtained through indirect CT venography of lower extremity in our 10 time trials.The diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity could be achieved in accordance with expansion of venous diameter and intravenous filling defect.Conclusion When compared with traditional venography of lower extremity and ultrasonic exam,indirect CT venography of lower extremity has certain advantage in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and it is feasible and easy to popularize.更多还原
