【摘要】 目的　观察正常成年人左室各节段心肌运动速度随年龄变化的规律 ,为定量评价左室局部功能奠定基础。方法　应用心肌组织速度成像技术 (TVI)观察 10 8例不同年龄组正常成年人左室各节段心肌收缩期、舒张早期和心房收缩期速度峰值 (Vs、Ve、Va)和Ve/Va ,分析其随年龄增加的变化规律。结果　Vs在各年龄组之间差异无显著性意义 ;Ve在 40岁以上年龄组显著低于低龄组 ,而Va在 40～ 49岁组显著高于低龄组 ,Ve/Va随年龄增长呈逐渐减低趋势 ,尤其是 40～ 49岁组和 3 60岁组均显著低于低龄组。结论　年龄对左室各节段心肌舒张期速度影响显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective For improving assessment of left ventricle regional function,we investigated the relationship between myocardial systolic and diastolic velocities of left ventricular segments and aging in healthy adults.Methods Using a quantitative tissue velocity analysis system,the peak velocities of different segments of left ventricular walls at systole,early and late diastole (Vs,Ve,Va in short respectively) and the Ve/Va ratio were measured in 108 healthy volunteers assigned to different age groups. The effects of aging on these parameters were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in Vs among different age groups. Ve decreased and Va increased significantly in subjects with age over 40,which resulted in the decrease of the Ve/Va ratio,especially in group of age 40-49 and group of age 60. Conclusion The diastolic velocities are influenced significantly by age,which may be helpful to distinguish these age related changes from pathological factors.更多还原
