【摘要】 在介绍流媒体技术的基础上 ,构建了一个基于Windows的流媒体实时传输系统 ,并对系统的性能作了分析 ,实现了医学上的远程会诊和手术直播等功能。

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the construction of a Streaming Media-supported real-time transmission system based on Windows and analyzes the properties of the system,which helps realize real time distance consultation and live coverage of operations.
