【摘要】 目的 :从生殖功能和内分泌两方面探讨益精汤的作用机理。方法 :用腺嘌呤造模 ,将大鼠分为七组 :正常组、模型组、益精汤高剂量组、益精汤低剂量组、克罗米酚组、参精丸组、自然恢复组。期间对各组大鼠一般状态做观察记录 ;治疗结束后测定其生育力 ;用放免法测睾酮 (T)、皮质醇 (Cor.) ,用免放法测卵泡刺激素 (FSH)和黄体生成素 (LH) ;测定精子密度和活率 ,并测量睾丸的体积和重量。结果 :益精汤可明显提高血清睾酮、皮质醇 ,恢复FSH和LH(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,提高精子密度和活率 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,增加睾丸重量和体积 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,加强生育能力。结论 :益精汤对大鼠生殖功能和内分泌有一定恢复作用 ,可以复苏生殖功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of Yijing decoction(YJD)on reproductive function and incretion in rats with azoopsermia.METHODS The model rats with azoopsermia were conducted by using adenine.The rats were divided to seven groups:namely the normal group,the model group,the no-treated group,the YJD group(with high and low dosage respectively).During the period the daily state of rats was observed.Fertility was assessed after treated.Testosterone(T)and cortisol(Cor.)were mensurated by radioimmunoassay method,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)by immunoradiometricassay method.Density and activity of sperm were also measurated,so do weight and volume of the testicles.Result:YJD could increase the contents of T and Cor.;make the contents of FSH and LH return to normal levity( P<0.05,P<0.01 );raise density,activity of sperm( P<0.05,P<0.01 );increase weigh and volume of testicles( P<0.05,P<0.01 );improve fertility.Conclution:YJD appeared to be capable of resuming the reproductive function and incretion in rats with azoospremia.更多还原
