【摘要】 对董寨自然保护区花椒属野生花椒资源的种类、分布和生境进行了调查 ,分析了区内数种花椒果皮的挥发油含量及董寨花椒属植物的利用价值 ,对野生花椒有机生产方式进行研究 ,通过了国家环保总局有机食品认证中心 (OFDC)的有机认证 ,提出董寨花椒资源保护与利用的建议与思考更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors investigated the species, distribution and hibitat of the wild Pricklyash on Dongzhai Nature Reserve, analysised the volatile oil of the Pricklyash rind, studied on the organic Pricklyash producing, adopted the National Organic Food Development Centre (OFDC) organic certification and put forward a rationalization proposal on the natural resources protection and utilizition.更多还原
