【摘要】 目的 :建立骨松康胶囊中的乌头碱的含量测定方法。方法 :用异羟肟酸反应 高氯酸铁显色分光光度法测定骨松康胶囊及川乌、草乌药材中乌头碱的含量。结果 :该方法显色稳定性好 ,结果准确 ,回收率为 97.7% (RSD =2 .3% )。结论 :采用本法可较好地反映药品脱毒处理的水平 ,确保药品安全有效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a method for determination of aconitine in Gusongkang capsules Method: Aconitine in Gusongkang capsules,Aconitum Carmichaeli and Aconitum kusnezoffii were determine by spectrophotometric of hydroxamic acid iron perchloric color reaction.Result: The method had a good stability color reaction and result, the average recovery of added sample and RSD were 97.7% and 2.3% , respectively.Conclusion: The method is simple and fast, and can be used for the quantitative analysis of aconitine, and insure safety and efficiency.更多还原
