【摘要】 目的 :测定注射用替加氟的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相0 .0 2mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液 甲醇 (6 0∶4 0 ) ,检测波长为 2 70nm。结果 :替加氟在 0 .2～ 0 .8μg之间线性良好 (r =1) ,平均回收率为99 .86 % ,RSD为 0 .2 7%。结论 :高效液相色谱法测定注射用替加氟的含量专属性强、灵敏度高、准确好 ,可用于注射用替加氟的含量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the content of tegafur for injection.Method: HPLC was used. C 18 column(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm)was selected, the mobile phase was 0.02 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate Methanol(60∶40). Detection was performed by UV with wavelength of 270 nm. Result: A linearity was obtained from 0.2 to 0.8 μg with good correlation ( r =1). The average recovery was 99.86% ,and RSD was 0.27% .Conclusion: The HPLC method is sensitive and accurate in determining the content of tegafur for injection. It can be applied efficiently.更多还原
