【摘要】 目的 :研究硫糖铝的致便秘作用及其作用机制。方法 :采用小鼠粪便计数试验、肠道推进试验和水分吸收试验 ,观察硫糖铝对小鼠的首次排便时间、粪便粒数、肠道内容物推进率和肠道对水分吸收的影响。结果 :硫糖铝明显减少小鼠粪便粒数 ,延长首次排便时间 ,抑制肠道推进运动 ,增加水分吸收。结论 :硫糖铝能够导致便秘 ,这种作用可能与抑制肠道运动和增加水分吸收有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect and mechanism constipation coused from sucralfate.Method: The influence of sucralfate first dejection time, dejection amounts, intestinal contens propelling ration and water absorption were observed in mouse by the dejection counting test, intestinal propelling test and water absorption test.Result: sucralfate could reduce dejection amounts, prolong first dejection time, inhibit intestinal propelling, and increase water absorption apparently.Conclusion: Sucralfate can cause constipation, this action can be related to intestinal propelling and water absorption.更多还原
