【摘要】 目的 :用旋光法测定注射用头孢唑林钠的含量。方法 :以磷酸盐缓冲液 (pH7.0 )及水为溶剂 ,旋光度测定法。结果 :在 5～ 2 5mg·ml-1的头孢唑林浓度范围内 ,浓度与旋光度呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程为 :C =6 4 .5 16 1a - 0 .970 7,相关系数r =0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 99.4 % ,变异系数RSD =1.0 1%。结论 :方法简便 ,快速准确更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish a polarimeter method for quantitative determination of cefazolin sodium for injection.Method: Solvent: a phosphate buffer (pH 7.0 ) and water, polarimetry.Result: The calibration curves was linear in the concentration range of 5～25 mg·ml -1 for cefazolin sodium. The regression equation: C = 64.5161 a- 0.9707 , r = 0.999 6 ,The average recovery was 99.4% , RSD = 1.01% .Conclusion: This method is found to be simple, rapid, and accurate.更多还原
