【摘要】 目的 :制备氟尿嘧啶乳膏剂 ,并观察其联用胸腺素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法 :治疗组 12 6例尖锐湿疣患者 ,注射胸腺素 ,同时将氟尿嘧啶乳膏剂涂于患处治疗。对照组 6 5例尖锐湿疣患者 ,注射胸腺素 ,同时用中药溶液涂擦患处。结果 :治疗组治愈率 6 9.8% ,总有效率 93.7% ;对照组治愈率 2 7.7% ,总有效率 73.8%。两组间治愈率与总有效率均有极显著性差异(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :氟尿嘧啶乳膏剂联用胸腺素治疗尖锐湿疣疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce a preparing technigue of fluorouracil cream and evaluate effect of it combined with thymosin in treatment of condyloma acuminatum.Method: 126 patients with condyloma acuminatum belongs to the treated group,received the thymosin by injection and fluorouracil cream applied to the damaged places by local application at the same time. 65 patients in contralled group were given the thymosin by injection and Chinese drugs solution applied to the damage as above.Result: The curing rate in both groups were 69.8% and 27.7% ,respectively; the total effective rate in both groups were 93.7% and 73.8% ,respectively. There were a very significant differences in the curing rate and total effective rate between the two groups ( P < 0.01 ).Conclusion: The treatment of combined fluorouracil cream with thymosin in patients with condyloma acuminatum is definitly effective.更多还原
