【摘要】 目的 :介绍塞克硝唑口腔膜剂的制备及质量控制方法。方法 :紫外分光光度法 ,波长 (2 77± 1)nm。结果 :浓度在2 .98～ 17.88μg·L-1范围内 ,吸收度线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9999。结论 :此含量测定方法准确简便 ,重现性好 ,药物在 4 5min内体外溶出 95 %以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To introduce the method of preparation and quality control methods of secnidazole oral membranes. Method: To determine the content of secnidazole by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, wavelength: 277 nm±1. Result: There was a good linear correlation within a range of 2.96- 17.88 μg·L -1, r= 0.999 9. Conclusion: The method is accurate, repeatability is good, 95 percent of the drug is soluble within 45 minutes.更多还原
