【Abstract】 We have designed an endoscopic cutter, based on the characteristic of circular anastomat’s cutting and anastomosisfunctions, the extensibility of rectal mucous membrane. In fact, it is a combination of anastomat and rectal speculum.It can be used for any local cutting of rectum, specially bigger rectal polyps.
