【摘要】 目的:中药复方元胡治疗阿片类依赖稽延性戒断综合征。方法:临床研究对可评价病例随机分成治疗组和对照组进行观察,治疗组服用戒毒康体胶囊,对照组采用支持疗法与对症处理,比较两组对稽延性戒断症状的疗效。结果:戒毒康体胶囊对失眠、焦虑、疼痛、乏力的治愈率、总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:戒毒康体胶囊治疗阿片类毒品依赖稽延性戒断综合征具有显著的疗效、无毒副作用、使用方便、价格低廉。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the treatment of protracted opioid abstinence syndrome by corydalis yanhusuo capsule. Methods: The Addicts were divided into two groups randomly: the treatment group took corydalis yanhusuo capsule and the control group adopted support treatment. Then compared the treatment effect on protracted syndrome between the two groups. Results:The cure rate of corydalis yanhusuo capsule was superior to control group in insomnia, anxiety, pains and weakness (P<0.001). Conclusion: Corydalis yanhusuo capsule has evident effect on the treatment to the protracted opioid abstinence syndrome and no side effect. Besides, it could be used conveniently, and its price is lower.更多还原
