【摘要】 目的观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者应用西医常规合中医综合疗法的临床疗效。方法以西医常规合中医综合疗法治疗者(56例)为治疗组,单用西医常规治疗者(47例)为对照组,比较两组患者住院期间的死亡情况、便秘的发生及缓解情况、因便秘致猝死情况和恐惧紧张心态改善等方面的变化。结果治疗组死亡病例数、便秘发生情况、因排便致猝死情况、恐惧紧张心理改善情况均优于对照组。结论西医常规配合中医综合疗法治疗AMI疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Combined Use of TCM and WM Therapy for Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI).Methods:Patients with AMI in the treatment group (n=56) received the usual treatment of WM and TCM therapy,while those in the controlled group received the usual treatment of WM only.The total of fatal case,the constipation,the sudden death causbe by constipation,and the tonicity of patients in each group were observed.Consults:Such indexes of the treatment group were superior to those of the controlled group.Conclusion:The Combined Use of TCM and WM Therapy has proved effective in patients with AMI.更多还原
