【摘要】 目的观察胚芽滋养胶囊对流感病毒感染小鼠血清IL-2和TNF-α的影响。方法以流感病毒FM1株滴鼻感染小鼠复制病毒性肺炎模型,应用胚芽滋养胶囊进行治疗,并以病毒唑注射液为对照;检测感染不同时相小鼠血清中IL-2和TNF-α水平。结果流感病毒感染导致小鼠血清IL-2降低,TNF-α增高,而胚芽滋养胶囊可以提高FM1感染小鼠IL-2活性,降低TNF-α水平。结论胚芽滋养胶囊抗病毒作用可能通过调节血清细胞因子水平实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obiective:To study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Embryo-Bud Nourishing Capsule on sreum IL-2 and TNF-α in mice with influenza virus infection.Methods:In mouse intranasal influenza pulmonary inflammation model mice, the effect of Embryo-Bud Nourishing Capsule on the levels of serum IL-2 and TNF-α have been investigated, ribavirin as a controlled group.Results: Influenza virus infection may decrease the production of IL-2 and increase the production of TNF-α.And in mice fed with Embryo-Bud Nourshing Capsule,the production of IL-2 increase and the production of TNF-α decrease.Conclusion:Embryo-Bud Nourishing Capsule could regulate the levels of serum IL-2 and TNF-α in mice following challenge with a lethal amount of a mouse-adopted strain of influenza virus.更多还原
