【摘要】 本文讨论SARS的中医发病及证候特点,笔者实践观察及相关资料分析认为SARS的中医病机可概括为(1)疫毒侵袭肺卫;(2)瘀血阻络,痰湿壅肺;(3)正气不足,气阴两虚;(4)邪盛正虚,气闭外脱;并结合现代医学研究结果,提出运用中医清热解毒、活血化瘀、扶正补虚之法结合现代医学治疗手段防治SARS将是研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 This report was focused on discussing the characteristics of SARS’s etiology and syndrome, based on the TCM.The SARS ’s pathogenesis classifications were summed up according to author ’ s clinic experiences and related documents as follows:(1)pestilential evil invasion of fung- Wei;(2)pulmonary collaterals retention of blood stasis and phlegmdamp;(3)deficiency of healthy Qi,deficiency of both Qi and Yin;(4)asthenia healthy Qi and sthenia pathogenic factors,Qi blockage and Qi collapse.The article pointed out that it were not only one of effective treasures at present, but also one of study direction in future of prevention and treatment of SARS to implement the combined therapy,namely clearing away heat and toxic materials,promoting blood circulation by removing stasis,strengthen the body resistance and supplement deficiency in TCM combined with WM outcomes.更多还原
