【摘要】 高职高专护理教育要培养出适应社会需求的高素质实用型护理人才,其核心内容是课程结构的调整与改革。课程结构体系要体现护理的特征,要注重体现出社区护理内容,注重学科间的互相渗透,必须确保毕业生的知识、技能、素质等综合水平达到高等专门技术人才的层次,以适应、胜任社会日益增长的卫生保健需求。需要多所高等院校协作,联合完成高职高专护理专业配套教材的建设,为实施课程结构的调整与改革提供基本保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mission of the nursing education in vocational or technology schools is to train qualified and practical nursing talents to meet the demand of the society.Currendy,its focus should be to reform and redesign course syllabus and structures, which can eventually represent the nature of nursing:community nursing should be stressed;nursing and other disciplines should be interdependent;the knowledge,skills and quality of the graduated should be guaranteed to reach the quality level of that profession so that they are qualified for the people’s increasing need in health care.For this purpose,the development of the teaching materials should be completed by the combined efforts from different higher learning institutions,to guarantee a fundamental guideline for the reform and redesigning of the course structure.更多还原
