【摘要】 目的　探讨外伤性白内障应用自拟化瘀明目汤以其提高疗效。方法　对外伤性白内障 3 2例不同程度的晶体混浊应用化瘀明目汤进行临床观察。结果　痊愈 2 4例 ,好转 6例 ,总有效率占 94% ;平均服药 65剂。结论　外伤性白内障应用自拟化瘀明目汤通过临床验证 ,中医活血化瘀 ,滋补肝肾、疏风散热、明目退翳类药物 ,对外伤所致白内障不同程度的浑浊有显著的治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the effect of self-made Hua Yu Ming Mu Tang on treating traumatic cataract.[Methods]32 cases of traumatic cataract with different levels of phacoscotasmus were treated with Hua Yu Ming Mu Tang, and clinical observation was mad on them.[Results]The average intake-dose was 65 doses. 24 of the cases recovered, 6 cases got better, and the total effective rate was 94%.[Conclusion]It is clinically proved that Hua Yu Ming Mu Tang has significant effect on the treatment of traumatic cataract.更多还原
