【摘要】 目的　了解锯木噪声对工人五官的影响 ,为采取切实有效的防治措施提供依据。方法　以某电子厂锯木车间接触噪声工人为接噪组 ,以同厂远离噪声的办公室人员为对照组 ,采用现场环境噪声测试和职业性健康体验。结果　接噪组高频和语频听力损伤检出率均分别高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,视网膜动脉异常和视力下降检出率明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　锯木车间噪声对作业工人可产生听觉系统、视觉系统等的损害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of noise in sawmill workshop on workers’ five sense organs, and to provide basis for effective preventive measures. [Methods] Workers of the sawmill shops were selected as the case group, and office staff as the control group. Noise testing on sites and occupational physical examination were carried out. [Results] The detected rates of hearing injuries of both high frequency and verbal frequency of the case group were higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The detected rates of both the abnormal retinal artery and sight decline were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] The noise in sawmill workshop may cause impairment on workers’ auditory system and visual system.更多还原
