罐头食品中锡的微波消解-氢化物原子荧光测定法
Determination of stannum in tinned food with microwave dissolution and HG-AFS
【摘要】 目的 建立罐头食品中锡的微波消解 -氢化物原子荧光测定方法。方法 样品经HNO3 +H2 O2 微波消解体系消解后 ,以硫脲和抗坏血酸作预还原剂 ,用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定罐头食品中锡。同时研究了酸度、硼氢化钾浓度、载气及屏蔽气流速等因素对测定的影响。结果 锡含量在 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 0 μg/L范围内呈线性关系 ,线性相关系数大于 0 9990 ,该法检出限为 0 0 79μg/L。对锡加标含量为 5 0 μg/L的样液 ,测得方法 RSD为 0 86%~ 1 85 % ,标准加入回收率在 89 4%~10 3 5 %之间。结论 该方法各项指标均达到的要求 ,进一步实现罐头食品中锡测定的快速化、简单化、准确化 ,有效地预防锡及其化合物的食物中毒。
【Abstract】 To establish a determination of stannum in tinned food with microwave dissolution and HG-AFS. The samples were dissolved with microwave HNO3+H2O2 dissolution system, sulfourea and ascorbic acid were used as reductant, and HG-AFS was applied to determine the stannum in tinned food. Meantime, the effect of acidity, DBH4 concentration, carrier flow and shield flow rate on the determination was also studied. The stannum content showed linearity in the range of 0.00~200.0 μg/ L, the linear correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 0. The detection limit was 0.079 μg/L, the precision (RSD) were between 0.86 and 1.85%, the recovery rate of spiked samples ranged from 89.4 % to 103.5%. [Conclusion] All the indexes of this method meet the requirement. It is applicable for determining stannum in tinned food and preventing stannum-caused food poisoning.
