【摘要】 采用开放式问卷对我药学院2000级中药、药学专业毕业生进行就业意向调查。结果显示,我院毕业生对当前严峻的就业形势有比较清醒的认识,就业态度比较务实,但自我定位不太准确,过分看重地区及高收入。针对调查结果本文提出了相关对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 A n investigation was done on job hunting intentions in the form of questionnaires w ith the year2000graduates in our School of Chinese Pharmacy.The results showed t hat the graduates generally had a clear understanding of the present serious emp loyment situations and a practical attitude towards employment,but without a pre cise self-orientation,they attached too much importance to good area and high sa lary.Some countermeasures were suggested in this paper about the investigation r esults.更多还原
