复合钎头暨新型钎杆显现强劲生命力

【摘要】 两种新型ZK40SiMnCrNiMoH22×108鄄2000mm、ZK55SiMnMoH22×108鄄2100mm锥体连接钎杆及三种规格的复合钎头在f=8~10的砂岩中与某型号的钎杆、钎头进行对比凿孔,结果表明:复合钎头的重磨周期接近一字、十字型钎头的2倍,平均寿命则为一字、十字型钎头的3倍以上,两种新型钎杆的平均寿命,都已稳定地超过了200m,并且还有进一步提高的空间。

【Abstract】 Two new kind of ZK40SiMnCrNiMo H22×108-2 000 mm and ZK55SiMnMo H22×108-2100 mm tapered rod with three sizes of complex-type bits were used for drilling holes in sandstone (f=8~10), the experiment result shows: the regrinding cycle of the insert and button complex-type bits is twice as much as chisel bits and cross bits, the average service life of the insert and button complex-type bits is three times as much as chisel bits and cross bits, the average service life of these two tapered rods have exceed to 200 m, can be increased continually.
